Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Duff’s Pool Service collects through duffspoolservice.com and how it is used.
What we collect
Quote requests. When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, pool address or ZIP code, the service you chose, and, if you provide them, your email address and notes.
Spam protection. To stop automated spam, the server keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to one hour. It is not linked to your quote request.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information about each visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted on a regular schedule.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, or analytics that follow you across sites.
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
How we use your information
Only to respond to your request, quote and schedule service, provide that service, and keep records required to run the business.
Third parties
Quote requests are delivered to us by email through our email provider. Customer reviews shown on this site are loaded from Google by our server; your browser does not connect to Google to show them. Links to Instagram, TikTok and Google take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records as long as needed to provide service and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
